USAA Auto Insurance

If you want to file the claim on the USAA mobile app, visit the following link on your phone and download the app: USAA Mobile Apps (Apple iOS & Android)

 

 

Once you create an account or log in, you will be on the home screen.

 

 

Scroll down and select the Insurance tab to see a listing of your available insurance products.

 

 

Select the "Windshield Claims" tab.

 

 

You'll now be directed to the Safelite Network platform.

 

 

Once you land at Safelite's claim center, you'll need to enter the date the damage occured, the cause of the damage and the state in which it occurred.

 

 

If you have multiple vehicles on your account, you will be asked to select the damaged vehicle.

 

 

Next, please select the piece of glass that was damaged.

 

 

Next, your deductible will be displayed.

 

 

Next, you will be asked which auto glass provider you would like to work with. They will offer you Safelite as an option.

 

 

Scroll down and select "I have another shop in mind."

 

 

You will then be able to select "Shop phone number" tab and enter (503)799-3045. The Zip Code was 97031. Enter those items and press the "Continue" button.

 

 

A result should come up for Auto Glass Services NW. Itwill show either or Portland or our Hood River, Oregon address.

 

 

Select our listing and USAA will notify us when the claim is approved. We'll soon be in touch to schedule our mobile services.

Once you select us and submit the claim, we'll be soon notified electronically by Safelite Network and get in touch with our quote.
