There are a few ways you can start your claim with Geico, so select your preference below.

If you want to file the claim on their website, just go here: Geico Auto Glass Claims

Select the "Auto" for your policy type, then enter your policy number and then first and last name.

Then they will ask you to log into your account, or create an online account if you don't already have one.

Once logged in, they'll request the following:

The state where the incident occurred
The date and time it happened
A general description of what happened

Next, you'll be able to let them know your preferred provider. We're part of their preferred network, so it'll be easy.

Once you select us and submit the claim, we'll soon be notified and get in touch with our quote!

Mobile App Submission

If you want to file your claim on their mobile, application using your phone or tablet, visit this link and download the app: Geico Mobile Apps

Once you create an account or log in, select the button to Submit a Claim. (See the grey icons on the bottom of the page.)

Select "Auto" claim

They will ask you to select the damaged car (if you have multiple vehicles on your policy) and the piece of glass that was damaged.

You can also use their virtual assistant to help you file!

Submit Over the Phone

If you prefer to talk to somebody on the phone, you will need to call Geico's claims outsourcing partner, SGC Network at 1-800-510-2291.

Be sure to have your automotive policy number handy. They will also need to know the make, model and year of the car, as well as the car window, windshield or part that needs to be replaced or repaired.
